*कबीर या संसार की, झूठी माया मोह ।*
*जिहि घर जिता बधावना , तिहि घर तेता दोह ।।*
संसार के लोगों का यह माया मोह सर्वथा मिथ्या है । वैभव रूपी माया जिस घर में जितनी अधिक है वहा उतनी ही विपत्ति है अर्थात भौतिक सुखसम्पदा से परिपूर्ण जीव घरेलू कलह और वैरभाव से सदा अशान्त रहता है । दु:खी रहता है ।
This illusion of the people of the world is completely false. The more Maya in the form of splendor is present in the house, the more there is calamity, that is, a living being full of material pleasures is always disturbed by domestic strife and animosity. remains sad.
*कबीर माया मोहिनी, जैसी मीठी खंड ।*
*सद्गुरु की किरपा भई , नातर करती भांड ।।*
माया के स्वरुप का वर्णन करते हुए संत कबीर दास जी कहते है कि माया बहुत ही लुभावनी है । जिस प्रकार मीठी खांड अपनी मिठास से हर किसी का मन मोह लेती है उसी प्रकार माया रूपी मोहिनी अपनी ओर सबको आकर्षित कर लेती है । वह तो सद्गुरु की कृपा थी कि हम बच गये अन्यथा माया के वश में होकर अपना धर्म कर्म भूलकर भांड की तरह रह जाते ।
